Window/door swap

Can the window in these trucks be lowered and raised by hand if you remove the power window motor?
I’m needing to swap everything from my damaged door over to a salvaged door that I bought and I would like to swap things with the salvaged door laying flat versus putting it on my truck first.
I’m needing to swap exterior door handles which requires the window to be in the down position to release the clips holding it to the regulator.

I would think that if you detach the motor and regulator arms the glass can be moved by hand, yes. To lower that glass without power, you need to disconnect those mechanicals, or supple another 12v source maybe if the doors are off truck as you seem to be doing
The glass is heavy to hold in the vertical position in your truck so use a helper or a stick to hold it up once you remove that motor and regulator arms
