Towing with PA body lift

Wanting to put a 3" PA body lift on my 2012 1500. I have the factory hitch that uses 3 bolt to bolt it to the truck is anybody out there towing with this set up

is your hitch bolted to the bumper, or to the frame? if its a frame hitch, shouldnt be an issue. if its bolted to the bumper, then i wouldnt tow with it.

If you have a frame mounted receiver hitch, towing will not be an issue. You just can't tow with a bumper that has been lifted with a body lift.

The hitch has a bolt that goes through the bumper and connects to the hitch. it also has 2 bolts that bolt the cross member brace to the hitch as well. Didnt know if anyone had this setup and still towing (light weight).. will have to do some more researching for a different hitch that bolts straight to the frame rails incase i have to tow something with somw weight thanks for the replys

I think you have an aftermarket hitch. If it bolts to the bumper I don't think you want to tow with it. Maybe find one at the junk yard on a Ram with the front end totaled.
