Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

About three months ago, I noticed that my TPMS Gauges were showing "--" in all four tires, I took it to the tire shop and the tech said that I needed new sensors, none of them were were connecting to his Mopar TPMS tool. However, since this dodge is a Canadian Truck the little Yellow Icon glows when I first start the truck but it goes away after about 10 Seconds. But the TPMS Screen in dash shows each tire with a "--" next to it.

I finally made it back to the tires shop today and had all 4 Sensors replaced, the tech said me that everything should reset. after I dove it for at least 20 Mins. Well I actually had to drove over 50 miles and nothing happened.
I still show the "--" . very bummed.

Everything else in the truck works, I have no other issues.

I do not have a Module located under the front left or right bumper as other 2013's do.

I have disconnected the Battery, and let everything sit for 5 mins.

I have pulled the f46 fuse...

so I am stumped.

I do have wireless remote start, Keyless Entry, I have the push button start keyless Go, and I have the air suspension system. everything is working as it should.

but in my cluster under the TPMS monitoring screen I have all four tires reading "--"

Tire place used OEM Mopar sensors as replacements and they are sending out signals according to their tool.

any ideas...

thanks

John.

it might be something else was defective and not the sensors themselves, it’s not normal for all four to go out at the same time after only 4 years

All four going out at the same time is highly un-probable. There is a radio frequency hub module the sensor have to communicate with to report out on the can bus to your cluster.

I installed a cheap set of ebay sensors in my new rims (2014 2500) and it took about 300 yards for them to come up and work. Like the others stated, I find it very hard to believe that all four took a dump at the same time, but who knows? Maybe you're just a lucky *******. One thing the tech had to with mine (which I assume is done with all of them) is actually turn them on/enable them. I imagine he/she knows this, but they are in an "off" state while they are sitting on the shelf so the batteries don't drain. Perhaps he didn't turn them on...?
