so was thinking about when I pull my TPMS from my stock tires to put in my aftermarket rims and tires, does the tire rotation automatically adjust on TPMS monitor to update which tires are actually the front verses the rear? Sorry not familiar with that system.

Yes it does, there is an antenna/receiver for each corner and the system can tell which corner the wheel is. Usually happens before I leave the driveway but it may take a few miles of driving and maybe a start/stop cycle.
