I recently had new tires put on my truck. Now going down the interstate when I hit 75-80mph the traction control light and trailer brake lite comes on. It only happens when on the interstate . I didn’t notice it before. Thoughts? Thanks

Check the codes! That is the first thing you should do.
- You need a scanner that will read the ABS module. Many cheapo scanners, including what a lot of autoparts stores use, will not read the ABS module.
- The light on the dash does not need to be on to see what code caused it to come on. The codes are typically stored in memory until cleared out with the scanner or a certain period of key cycles.
Until you read the codes anything else is just a guess. There are probably a dozen common specific codes that can cause the light to come on.
