Tranny Making some funky noises

Took the truck in the were able to replicate the sound, and they know something is wrong with it. SO FAR my experience with the dealer ship has been AMAZING, and helpful. But i dont have the truck back yet so we will see...

Today the dealship told me the grinding when shifting is normal for this truck, aswell the abnomal whining sound is blamed on the flowmaster and not the transmission... Im sorry i have had Super 44 on my 5.2, Super 40 and 50 on my first 4.7 and delta 40 on the current 4.7... never once heard a whining sound when it came to mufflers.

Aswell when i first bought the truck didnt make a grinding sound nor a whining sound.

What im going to tell them, Show me a new truck fresh of the truck that makes that sound, and ill take my truck, otherwise fix it. If a new truck doesnt make that sound, its not normal

Got the truck back and still makin sound... Should i go back and raise hell... or go do a diffrent Chrysler and get a second opinion. Everyone is telling me... drive it till it dies. Got it on paper, if it dies its on them
