So I've posted before about flagging Engine code P0740 - Torque Converter Malfinction, and that the trans seems to get hung up or hesitates in mid gears. Its done this since day #1 but never realized it was an actual problem until I started flagging codes. Anyway, dropped it at dealership for a week and the replaced torque converter, input shaft, pump, valve assembly , seals, filter, etc. Picked it up today and it drives amazing, like it should of since day #1. I also wanna mention the CEL only came on when i used the tow/haul mode. The hesitation was always there but it took that mode to flag a light. If your 6 speed tranny feels like its hesitating or not shifting right, bring it in under warranty. I'm glad I did.
