The TCM for the ZF 8spd is inside the transmission itself (part of the valve body) and there is an adaptive relearn.
From what I understand it can be reset but it's usually only needed in extreme situations, just driving normal will do the same just takes a little longer

What is going on with your truck where you think the TCM needs to be reset? Are you having shift quality issues?

A quick reset is disconnect the battery for an hour and leave the positive and negative cables touching. That will drain the computer and resets the learned shift pattern. Unless you need to do a hard reset which I’m not sure but try posting in the Alfa obd thread and see if it’s possible that way.
