2018 dodge ram 1500

Auto Transmission makes whirring noise up by bellhousing, noise in drive and reverse when not moving. Once moving whirring noise goes away.
Putting in reverse without throttle will stall truck

Anyone with a thought?

Torque converter or possibly pump?

You should specify what transmission you have.In Canada, FCA was still dumping the 6speed RFE on us in 2018.Do you have a dial (8 speed) or column shifter (6 speed)?
