Transmission Overdrive Issue

2008 Ram 1500 with 45RFE Transmission. Started "hard" shifting on downshift from OD under any load. Changed solenoid block and seemed to cure for about 6 months if I manually shifted with the pushbutton switch. Then shift issue returned and finally lost all OD when a downshift was made (flat ground, no load setting up for onramp accerreration). Now runs and shifts fine in all gears but does not have OD. No related codes, dash light indicator works when shift button is engaged/disengaged. Fluid level is up correctly.

No one out there have ANY idea of how to move ahead with troubleshooting?
