Transmission shift shedule

I just purchased the upgrade for the transmission and would like to know if anyone has a good shedule that I can try as a start point. I also would like a torque management point I could start with also. I have 35.5 inch tires and a magna flow single in dual out , any help would much appreciated, thanks
