I have an '07 model with the 5.7 hemi that is showing the code PO 441 saying my truck had incorrect purge flow for a predetermined period of time and that the evap. System had incorrect purge flow. I am wanting to know if any of you have had this code and what did you do to fix it. AutoZone says I need to replace the natural vacuum leak detection assembly pump. What have you done. I know some people say to replace gas cap. I swapped it with one on a '14 model and the '07 has ran for two months before this code came back, so I feel like I ruled that one out. NY help will be appreciated.

To truly found out where the evap leak is, you'll have to get it checked where a shop has a smoke machine they hook up to your evap system. Could just have a cracked line, bad seal, or a purge valve stuck. Its hard to say but my CEL has been on from this same code. It dont bother me, put a piece of black tape over the CEL if it bothers you lol!

There aren’t many evap hoses running from the purge valve forward. My 07 had the plastic hose melted by the exhaust on the drivers side. Replaced it no more problems. Just gotta get underneath it and look closely.
