tru trac?

So Im planning on throwing prob 35 inch tires and 18-20 inch rims at my truck in the future, and to keep my truck from being a snail im gonna put some 4.55 gears in the rear..my question is should I bother paying the extra 500+ bucks for a tru trac? will I have traction issues on the roads? I dont hit the strip currently..and I do pretty minimal "hardcore" offroading, nothing worst than some simple trails at my deer camp, and buddies farm/ranch properties...thanks for yalls opinions.

That combination will work fine but I think you'll blow out your gas mileage.
