Truck bed construction?

I have an '05 quad cab. I backed into a pole last night and bent the bumper into the left rear quarter panel. The panel wrinkled at the wheel well. I see that they sell replacement panels. Are these bolted on ou are they welded on?

Makes sense. Only way to have structural integrity. I've probably done $4000 worth of damage to a $4000 truck. Thanks for your help.
