Truck is whining

I have a 2020 Ram with the 5.7 Hemi. Less then 10k miles. It has always had a slight whining noise when driving especially at low speeds but it is getting louder. Before I thought it was normal but I am thinking something is wrong at this point. Any thoughts and should I make an appointment to bring it back to Ram? I recorded a few videos to try to capture the noise. One in cab and one with the hood open.

Is that the e-torque or whatever?

Curious how dependable they are.

That’s definitely not normal. Never have heard that before on my hemis. Could be a pulley or the belt.

Took it to the dealership. Problem was a bearing going out on the tensioner pulley.
