Truck sputtering

I was driving down the right away at work all morning with no issues. Around 11 the truck started to spit and sputter. #4 and #5 are misfiring according to the OBD2. I changed the spark plugs (all 4) and it still does the same thing. Do i change the coils next? If that doesnt work what next?

Does it misfire at idle? or only when driving also what year is your truck and what engine.

Yes misfires during idle. Its a ram 2012 2500hd 5.7 hemi

You can try doing a coils they are extremely cheap at advanced auto ect it may be time for cam and lifters how many miles

I would try new coils easy job and cheap you have nothing to lose if not i would be contacting whoever you got the motor from it is probably something stupid.

I would try swapping coils with other cylinders & see if the fault follows the coils ( which would verify bad coils) or if it stays with 4&5 then the coils aren't the issue. Why buy new coils if they're not what's bad.

Before you start spending money,pull the valve covers and rotate the engine while watching the rockers movement,if the misfiring cylinders aren't moving the rockers the same amount as the other cylinders,new injectors aren't going to fix it,it'll need a cam and set of lifters.
