I have an 01 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. A few weeks ago, it wouldn't start when I turned the ignition key. No lights on dash cluster. Moved the tilt steering wheel down to lowest position, cluster lights came on, started immediately.

Did this a few times. Now it won't start in any tilt wheel position. Took off wheel column cover. 1 small wire is cut in half. 2 other wires came out of plastic wire holder. Replaced ignition fuse that blew. If I can reconnect these 3 wires, will that work okay ?

I believe I might have the same situation. Did you attempt to rewire the connections and if so did it work?
