Trucks making a weird noise need some opinions

When ever I begin to accelerate or come to a complete stop my truck is making a clunking and squeaking type noise coming from the rear of the truck not sure what it is I'm guessing maybe rear end is going out? Just started yesterday just trying to pin point my problem

Sound is getting more and more noticable, the rearend appears to be seaping also

I'm bettin that if you pull the plug you're not gonna like what ya find. Catch it now, it might be just a pinion bearing, but if you let it go, it will mess up the tooth alignment and then you're talkin a whole new gear set as well.

Damn if that's the case I guess it's time for some aftermarket gears
