I have a 2025 RAM 2500 Cummins with just over 11K miles on it. A couple days ago I went through the carwash with under carriage wash and after driving a few miles and coming to a stop it was making a growling noise coming from under the truck, the SERV 4WD light came on and it wouldn't shift into 4wd. I did a soft reset on the Uconnect and that did away with the SERV 4WD light but it was still making that noise. I drove it around in my yard and put it in and out of 4wd and everything is operating normally. I have a couple of recalls so I took it to my local CDJR dealer and asked them to do the recalls and check out the 4wd. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem?
