Trying to force a regen

Hey everybody,
I'm trying to force a manual regen on a 2018 ram ecodiesel.
I have the new obdlink mx+ along with the security bypass cable, using the AlphaObd app on my android.
The truck is upto temperature 80c and i got through the steps, when I hit start it comes up saying (Conditions not correct or request sequence error )
Has anyone have any idea what I maybe doing wrong.
I also read my error codes and I have 2 coming up. P 02E8 and P 2463
