Hi Dinks, Welcome to site and I just wanted to say I took my 4x2 2013 Ram Bighorn from NY to Houston pulling my 6x12 enclosed trailer with 5000 pounds! Furniture,Harley, tools, loaded to the gills! with 3 people also and a loaded bed! I would say it was a BREEZE! Not any problems at all! It took us 2- 12hr drives to get there. Try to put some weight in the truck bed! It helps to distribute the weight evenly for a smoothe ride! Good luck and check tire pressure at each stop especially trailer tires!@mtofell I also updated my profile to correctly portray my ride. Thanks for the tip.
Also keep spare tire for trailer and floor jack close for easy access! Touch tire threads at each fill up to see if they are hot...If they are, they need air...The RAMS mirrors are fine for a 6x12 trailer.Hi Dinks, Welcome to site and I just wanted to say I took my 4x2 13 Ram Bighorn from NY to Houston pulling my 6x12 enclosed trailer with 5000 pounds!
