I have enough different sizes that I’m sure I’ll own the right ones, now whether they are in the box with the rest that’s a different story. It’ll probably be the only one missing as usual lol

I don’t think Uhaul have spare tires. I believe that in a flat or blowout problem your supposed to call the service line and they send a repair truck to change the tire.

    I love my truck!

It's probably good you don't know about it. I believe it happens when you overload your truck. My buddy's truck as the auto air suspension so maybe it's tied to that. If you don't have that you may not have the light. I actually never saw it. We were just all out camping and he asked if any of us knew what the light with "an icon with an arrow pointing at his bed" meant. It was then I started to really look at his setup and realized how overloaded he was. I'm thinking he got out the manual and it said it was overloading something (no surprise if you could see his setup).

That makes sense actually as I’m not sure what in the suspension or truck would let me know as it sits now.

I hauled a one bedroom apartment full of stuff with one from Fredericksburg, Texas to Houston, and didn't hardly feel it behind me. I used my stock non towing mirrors, but added a spot mirror to the driver's side to help.

Like the others have said, load more to the front to avoid sway. Also, the surge brakes worked quite well on the trailer I rented.

Finally, my truck is a Hemi crew cab 2wd, with the 3.21 gear set and an 8 speed.

Nice thing about the 6X12 they have is they're tandem axle and tow decent vs their smaller ones that are single axle and tend to wander more. Just hope you don't have to back up a hill as that is where surge brakes can cause you problems

Absolutely do not pull into a weigh station...your not a commercial vehicle with a DOT#. Even if you rented a 26’ Ryder, Uhaul or whatever rental truck you do not have to cross scales unless you are engaged in commercial transport.
Nothing pisses those of us that do have cross scales than the windowlicker driving a Subaru towing the lil uhaul trailer that drives up on those scales. DOT loves to sit them there and make them feel the pain. I think they use it as an excuse to take a potty break. I actually heard DOT on the scale speaker ask the above example “Can I help you with something?”
    Heres your sign....

I didn’t take that into consideration, I guess if that ends up happening the truck has enough power to deal with it eventually.

Some trailers with surge brakes will have a hole to put a pin in to disable the trailer brakes when backing up. I don't know if U-haul trailers are like that or not.
