U11E9 Code Active grill shutter

I still have the Code U11E9 after replacing the the active grill shutter with a MOPAR replacement on my 2019 Rm 1500 5.7. Does anyone have any other ideas what it could be/ the truck is stock. I do have a SCAN code reader and was able to remove the code, but it keeps coming back.

I had trouble with this was not the shutters themselves that code is a communication code is a broken wire. see my thread

The active air dam will also throw this code.
