Uconnect 8.4 aftermarket BU camera issue green screen

I have a 2014 RAM 1500, installed aftermarket BU camera and all I get is the radio switches to camera but I get only a green screen with a few black horizontal lines. Can anyone HELP?? I'm going nuts.Please!what may be the issue?

I finally found the issue causing this malfunction. I found that the wire going to the reverse lights was faulty. It lights the bulb just fine but not the camera. I rerouted the wire to splice into the trailer plug and everything corrected itself and I now have a perfect backup camera. I tried everything under the sun and this was the last thing left to check. I have no idea why but thankful it is fixed
