My Uconnect will not connect to Carplay any longer. My phone has the current updates, and will work in other vehicles. I have tried different cables and different ports with the same result. It will charge the phone, but does not connect to Carplay. I have done the reset though the radio, and I have also tried disconnecting the battery to rest. It worked seamlessly for 5 years, but now all of a sudden it quit working. According to Ram, my software is current. This is in a 2019 Ram 1500. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Need more details. What iPhone, what trim level on your truck, 8.4 inch screen or 12 inch screen.

Shut down your phone( power off) wait about 2 minutes then power on. Unlock it and wait another minute or so. Go into settings and check your CarPlay settings and make sure they are the way you want them. Make sure Allow CarPlay While Locked is on. Plug in your phone and see if it connects. Had the same issue a few weeks ago and this solved it. You may have to do this 2 times.

^^^^ What TRK-Gang74 said. Sometimes weird things happen with your phone or truck. You covered some things. Also, maybe just try a different cable.

Something else to try if you haven't already, delete the connections (Bluetooth , WiFi, CarPlay) between the phone and radio on both. Cycle power on the phone and.re-pair the two ensuring to allows all permissions.
