I have installed an oem Uconnect phone kit from Rams are us on my 2012 Ram Bighorn with a RBZ radio and I can not get it to work.

I have alphaobd and I've explored everything I know of to get it to operate.

I've searched the boards with no success.

Can anyone give me a hand?

I installed Uconnect in my son's 2012. all I needed to do with alfobd was connect to the body computer, under car configuration change; cabin network; HFM - Hands Free Module - Set, cycled the key and it worked

OK - sorry, then I'm out of ideas. Hopefully someone else can suggest something. It's possible the OBDLink "may" be bad, that's my only other thought. As the old saying goes, new means new, not good.

A few of questions:
What doesn’t work?
Did you replace an RES 130, did it have hands free?
Is the new RBZ 430 high speed?

When I installed a low speed RBZ in my Challenger it was plug and play. The hands free is a separate module.
