Under Bed Rail Storage

I want secure storage under the bed rail as not to interfere with my cover. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg, and I want it easily removable from the bed for times I need to haul. What do you all use?

I use a bed net as well as a bed bar/divider to secure boxes, groceries and such under my tonneau cover.
