I’m trying to find, with no luck so far, what these things are called.

My 2017 Ram has these pieces as well as my buddy’s new (to him) 2018 TrackHawk.

Clear plastic, approx 1.75-2” round pieces that are affixed to the bottom of the hood. They insulate the hood paint from where the rubber hood height adjustment bumpers contact the hood.

We were poking around under the hood of the TrackHawk and I noticed his was out of place and falling off. Thinking it might still be sticky, I peeled it off to reposition it. No stick left to it.

Google and EBay searches are coming up empty.

Mine were missing when I got the truck, I also used some 3M clear protection tape to replace them.

Use can get Gorilla Glue crystal clear tape from big box stores. It's basically the 3M stuff.
