Edit: turns out it is a PullRite Traditional Series Super Rail System.

I have a 2011 Dodge RAM 3500 Megacab. Dodge did not start installing the OEM puck system for 5th wheel hitches and gooseneck towing until the 2013 models. I have a puck system installed, but cannot figure out what aftermarket model or company it is. The measurements between the center of the left and right holes are 39" and the measurements between the center of the front and rear holes are 21". I have spoken with techs at eTrader and B&W so far, and none can match these measurements with a puck system. I looked under the truck and there are no markings or brand names under the bed. Does anyone know what company / model puck system supports this?

Is there a hole in the center as well, so (5) holes? If so, someone may have modified a factory one to fit, and maybe not even a Ram one...that spacing sounds like it might be the early GM system.

I believe Reese has an under-bed system but I don't think it's that spread out front to back. Not sure who else makes one.
