Updates for software 14.05.3?

Trying to update uconnect from 14.05.3 to more current version. Hopefully to gain Android auto/Apple carplay. Is that even possible?
Also thing I have a software issue not recognizing my phone when plugged in. Works on on Bluetooth.

'14 won't do AA or carplay. Need an '18 or newer.

[Six Turboed]

I had a software update notice when I pulled into the driveway. It read "put in park and do not operate because some systems will not work" I did so and things started going on and off and flashing.
Two days before I called the dealer and asked if there was any notices about a glitch in the stereo. All of the sudden I was not able to tap on my music and have the artist and song come up and take up the whole screen from my play list on Pandora. I just had a phone update the other day so I did not think much of it and the dealer told me there was nothing in his system about that. The update took 15 minutes or more and when done I put it in the garage and parked it. Monday morning I went out and started it turned on my stereo hit my play list and everything was back to normal YAY!!! . The artist and song covered the whole screen, I then backed up put it in drive and pressed on the pedal and WOW!!! there was not a herky jerky start!!! I thought maybe it was just a fluke so I pulled up to the stop sign then proceeded to go down the road. When I pressed on the accelerator the take off was very very smooth, no hesitation, and no herky jerky movements! WOW!! I was and still am very happy they did something to stop that from take off from a stop. The shifting is very smooth, sharp, and very smooth like the engine is now. Everything!!! is working as should and there is absolutely nothing that I have any questions about! I am glad they did the fix for the tyranny/torque converter/shifting, or what ever it was and also the glitch that started to happen with my stereo! This happened on the 27th early afternoon.
I just wish the stereo went to 111!! HA!
