Im a newbie who just picked up a BLACK 04 1500 with only 28k original miles, Need some suggestions on a list of upgrades to make me love this truck more than I do right now!

take a look at peoples signatures, that will give you a good idea what people do and some of the most common things

Superchips tuner, cat back exhaust (flowmaster or magnaflow), cold air intake.... if your into lifted trucks...lift that ***** up. If your into lowered truck...drop her.

I'd lift and then throw some air bags in the rear if you trailer is fairly heavy

well in that case gears intake exhaust and tuner. straight piped sounds awsome.
