So I have been looking into updating my stereo in my '14 express and I had a few questions. Utilizing the search buttons really aren't what they used to be. My searches have lead me to this forum, so I apologize ahead of time for the newbie post.
I was lookin into upgrading to a in dash system like a pioneer or Kenwood, with android auto, back up camera, GPS, and satellite radio capabilities. Will also be adding a sub/amp combo, so pre amped is a must.
What are some of the units you would suggest?
Will any of these models plug into the factory satellite radio setup?
I have seen that these radios will work with the factory back up camera, my truck did not come with this option, so adding the handle with camera and wiring is my option. How much of a pain in the ass is this?
Also I've seen 2500's that have 2 cameras, will this function be accepted by an aftermarket unit? (it's currently an option to add to my truck)
Lastly, have any of you gone thru and replaced the factory speakers? If so what did you go with and why?
Thanks for reading, sorry for the length just wanted some opinions to compare to mine.
