Valve stem seal question i need help!!!

2008 ram 1500 4.7 16 plug style engine 180k working on this truck for a friend it dropped a valve seat but did no damage got a used cylinder head so was going to replace valve stem seals while head was off cause ik these fail a lot on these engines. But i noticed these are not the regular stem seals i am use to on the 4.7s they look to be 1 piece?? and are only sold with the springs for $100 online. My question is can i use the regular stem seals i got from the auto store? thats what they gave me says they fit and what the older 4.7s use it fits on fine just want to know if there is a diff? and why the new style seal with plastic surround? check pic below.

the 5.7 hemi stem seals dont have a base its def a 4.7 seal i have rebuilt alot of 4.7 engines but never came across one that had these plastic seals the one to the right when i look up a 2008 engine it lists the one to the left but then at the bottom it has the one that came off my head for $100 just need to know the diff do the side walls do anything ? cause otherwise it looks the same? idk.. lol

JWS123 did you ever find an answer to your question? I am having a set of 4.7 heads from a 2011 rebuilt right now and my rebuilder doesn't know if they interchange.
