Is there a way to see the service logs for a certain vehicle ?
What Ram would see , like all from each dealers service work.
I would imagine using the Vin # .

Set up an account on the Official Mopar Site. Anything done to your truck by an FCA dealership should show up on that site.

I know that my regular San Diego Dealership does not know what the Dealerships that i may use back in Connecticut have done.

When i was back East i had my fuel filter replaced & when i got back, my San Diego dealership told me that it was due.
I had to show the invoice for them to accept it.
Before you ask, i keep my receipts so that my extended warranty remains in place

All I know is that my Vehicle Owner Dashboard on the Mopar site listed everything the dealer had ever done on my previous truck. Beyond that I can't say why that happened with yours. Perhaps the dealership in Connecticut never entered your service info into the system.

Maybe it is because who ever is running Auburn Hills, Michigan
does not allow dealers to check the records of other dealerships

Well, maybe they do, but the Customer has to pay for Uconnect Access, or Uconnect Advantage, or what ever the name of the latest gimmick is

I keep my own records & i don't need to waste my own money

It doesn't cost anything to set up an account on the Mopar site. And I didn't have uconnect advantage you referred to, or any other pay to play service. I keep my own records too btw.

Just as a catch all, I keep all receipts ref Dealer Service, just put in a folder in a drawer, for that unforeseen eventuality. If I check on Mopar Owners site, my services which have been all dealership are listed by date, but sometimes a lot of generic BS and not the "actual" work done, must be how those entries are coded.
