Has anyone actually benefited from 'help' via RC?
RC helped me when i found out my VIN was used by another dealership{ I found out later on to be a truck with a similar VIN to mine they called fat finger} anyway they helped me get the grid heater relay recall done on my truck being the other truck had the recall completed using my vin

What is the name of the dealership? Help a neighbor. Truth is truth, it is not libelous. Out them.
Well I wasn't going to blast them BUT my truck did it again today. Seems to happen when cold. This time it revved to 4000 RPM and wouldn't shift out of first gear. The Dealer is Cochran Ram in Natrona Heights PA.

Next time you talk to the dealer throw into the description “engine ran away” and “unintended acceleration”. That should get their attention considering all the various unintended acceleration recalls over the years, some real and an few imagined.

I would say this is a safety issue, so I would file a complaint with NHTSA this should get it to the correct folks.

At this point in time I believe you can count RAM CARES out of the picture. Stellantis has shifted all customer service to Asian call centers and they are less than useless. A Service Manager friend of mine at a local Dodge/Ram dealer say's they are pulling hair dealing with them, and if they have issues the poor consumer has no chance at all.
Agreed!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Then couple that with the fact that Dealers don't want to do warranty work, and in my experience give it to the "least capable" Tech in their shop. The only thing they were able to fix was after I had to do all the research and "Spoon Feed" them the TSB #.
