Weather Strip between bed and cab

Hi ALl,

I have a 2022 2500 Laramie. Ive lost one of the weather strips between the bed and Cab. Is this something i should replace or remove the remaining one?

Hi Ram Fish ..........................not sure what others will say, but my truck is an 18 and the strip on the passenger side has been gone for 4yrs
I only think about it when i wash it so its more whatever you decide. Oh and welcome to the forum
