Weird sound when decelerating

2016 1500 5.7 Hemi 150k miles
When decelerating anywhere from 50mph down to 15mph, I get a growl/grumble/rattle/fart noise on each gear. And it almost feels like a bogging on the motor. Goes away if I accelerate or when at highway throttle speeds. Fyi, I do have a CEL on for an occasional miss on cylinder 8. Haven't been able to change plugs yet.
Any ideas?

Did you have the codes read ?

change the #8 Coil with the one next to it.
see if the miss changes cylinders
