A good local exhaust shop was open today so off came the big can Ram muffler and on went the 14 inch case Magnaflow. Sounds great and really not all that loud.
I brought the stock muffler home and while looking it over,noticed that the two tailpipe exits are not the same size. One is 2 3/8ths and the other is 2 inch dia. Maybe some anti drone engineering going on there?
Anyway the Magnaflow is one way to go for less muffler restriction,and not a bad deal at $ 170 installed.
