what did I do?

sprayed the engine with decreased and wash off with watet hose, now truck won't start. what did I do?

Just won't start? What is it doing? Is the fuel pump turning on? Have you attempted to check for spark? Chris up there is probably right, you probably got water in the dizzy.

if all you used was a garden hose it ain't serious as you can't have driven it into anything to deep

like these other guys have said you may have moisture in the distributor or some other connection that issues spark as it won't be a fuel issue with a rinse off of the motor
