Which headlights did you go with? Pics of the rest too or it didn't happen.

You need to keep us updated on this

Went with the OEM looking replacment (so i can keep adjustability vs shimming the 1 pcs units)
FOR 1994-2001 RAM 1500/2500/3500 CHROME CLEAR HEAD LIGHTS+CORNER SIGNAL AMBER DY | eBay

And I'm a bit of a light *****, so no worries on it happening or not. I've retrofitted bixenon projectors into the past 5 vehicles i've owned.

And the Hellas and LED pods arrive today, so i'll have those installed and wired up this weekend

Not promoting as I don't do customer work anymore, but i have a page on facebook for the lights i've done thus far. https://www.facebook.com/RetroFixLighting/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel

Also found some LED DRL/LED fog lights that should work nicely in the stock location with some custom mounting. The "C" shape is the LED DRL and the center portion is the LED fog (which can also double as a cornering light -comes on and stays on while turn signal is active if you wire it in)

I used that same set for my first retro. Did a set of the 1pc ebay junks too for another guy because that's what he wanted. Those turned out really. I switched from those chrome 2pc housings to the black version myself. First set i didn't know **** about doing it and they didn't seal perfect and i used the graphite shrouds. I thought they would glow and look really cool, nope. Really didn't match anything and wasn't a fan. Currently just running these fairly plain Jane lights with demon eyes (not happy there either).

Already wanting to re-do em again. Going to go with Spyder 1pc projector lights, pull their ****** projector, replace with Morimoto 7.0s, minor paint work and passive green demon eyes. LED high beam.

Keep us updated on those fogs, those look sweet

I believe so. I'm not quite sure how to tell, but it says "4x4 Off-Road" on the tailgate.

Is there anyway i would know for sure?

Nice, yeah, i want a set of the 7.0's but i've got 2 sets of 6.0's from other projects i am taking back apart. Painted the shields red on one set and black on the other. I'm still unsure which shrouds to use (I've got a set of almost all the shrouds TRS sells in a box) and color of the lights themselves. Was contemplating the black housings, but i am thinking about just doing a light smoke on the reflectors so it's not a complete black out.

Here's the set of Mini H1's with the red shield

and another set (one is left unpainted the other blacked out)

Mini Gatling gun srhoud looks tiny in that housing though. And the Mini Graphites look cool when the projectors off, but when on it doesn't look finished.

The tailgate, it'll have 4,10 gears and a posi rear end. If it's a sport it'll have the non sport badges on the door. And it'll have an hd trans too

Those wheels, badging, trussed axles, skid plates, tow hooks, 4.10s and posi rear, 2" lift over other 1500s via hdv front springs and an extra leaf out back

Yeah i wanna do a medium to dark green on the shield like that. First set i did was 7.0s and tried to recycle them into these but strippes one if the shafts. But had a set of 6.0s on hand i picked up cheap so the passenger side is actually a 6.0 and it bugs the hell out of me but i was in a time constraint. I agree, the mini gatlings look small and that's another part that bugs the hell out of me.
And yeah, Graphites I'm not a fan of.

Have a set of standard Gatlings bit wasn't a fan of the mounting of em but the 2.0s would do well in these housings

What did you do with the stripped 7.0? The projectors i have are all stripped lol, stupid cross threading and cheap threads. I'll be doing the tranditional retrofit method with JB weld. And I'll also try to get pics of as many of the different shrouds I can that'll fit without cutting them for a comparison for others.

And what Dapper said! I want those lights!!!

Think i got it in a box somewhere with a stripped 6.0 lol. Can you buy new shaft/bucket pieces for em? The gatling 2.0s are a close fit and in my opinion fill the housing quite nicely. The MC-R (dont quote me) are too large without trimming

They were ebay lights lol I loved them but for 5500 I didn't care seeing as I has about 1500 in the whole truck

Just shot TRS an email asking about replacment parts. I know they have 5.0 bowls for sale under the closeout portion, but i don't recall seeing 6.0 or 7.0 parts. I'll post up when I hear back

Yeah those are the Spyder lights i mentioned earlier. I wanna take em apart lol. They have a good aiming system as far as 1pc lights go for us and they fit/look better than others too

Definitely have the tailgate, a huge skid plate on the gas tank, tow hooks, and an extra leaf on the back. So I guess it is an offroad edition! yay!
