It's easy, loosen the nut to near the end of the threads but leave it slightly spun on. This will help keep the knuckle assembly from totally dropping when they separate. Support the lower control arm slightly from the lower bj, take a smaller hammer I use a 3lb mini sledge and strike the knuckle on the top just below the bj. There's a flat spot I hit mine on. A few good hits and it should pop free. I use a bit of anti seize on my bj when I reassemble to make future work a bit easier.

I’ll see what I can do before I have my surgery in a couple weeks. Only reason I sold version 1.0 is the tire could be shifted over toward the passenger side about 2 more inches. It’s the little things that matter lol. Also will be adding a bed stiffener.

Installed a set of bilstein 5100s set at 2.1 setting almost dead level. Going to drive it around a bit tomorrow to settle out then get an alignment tomorrow evening from a buddy at dodge.

Installed the Modifystreet '19-style projectors in my truck, added the front half of the dedicated DRL wires (thanks to Mpgrimm2!) and reprogrammed the DRL location to "dedicated" in AlfaOBD. I also kicked the DRL voltage to 11.4v while I was in the settings. No pics of the DRLs...hard to put the truck in gear and get in front of it when you're alone!
