I installed Airlift 1000HD bags on mine today. It was a little more involved than it could have been, but I have 1" spacers on the rear and had to modify the spacer to run the air line.

It's going to be a couple of weeks before I can really tell how well they're going to work. Heading down to Memphis to do some test and tune passes at Memphis International Raceway. That'll be the first opportunity to hook up my car trailer and race truck.

I'll update after the trip about how they work.

When I race my truck, I put all the Schrader valve for the airbags, so they just breathe in and out.

My Ram is for hauling the race truck. The race truck is a tube chassis S-10 drag truck.

I would think your ideal of allowing the bags to breathe would work well at the track. Let the suspension work.

Day started off bad but now there is a a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. Pulsar shut my truck down twice in morning...immediate uninstall and rebox for return. USPS late again getting 6x9 spacers for front doors, so speakers 2/3 installed. Tackled the Mopar BackUp Camera install for my 5.0-RA2. EVEN after studying everything from MPGRIMM, I screwed up. So far 2 out of 3 connectors backwards. Mopar schematics are vague, you dont know whether you are looking at the pins from the front or the back when populate them. I am certain the splices are good at least. Had to call MPGRIMM...probably gave him his chuckle of the day.
Now need some wiring from him to unscrew the back of my radio...
Yall have a great evening!!! Im going to walk out in the woods and scream til I pass out.

Tested out the new tires with a run to a buddy's farm to drop off a load of used chicken bedding. The pasture with the manure pile is pretty much solid mud right now. The Falkens went through it no problem. I'm pretty certain I would have been spinning the tires with the old Badyear Wranglers.

Looks great! Keep an eye on those third brake lights. They can leak pretty bad.

Not wicked excited about the gasket that came with it, but I will definitely pay attention. Dealership couldnt find a part # fofr just a gasket without the light, so I put in anyway. A guy had suggested MD 1033 weather stripping, I may lookm into that

Somewhere on here(you might try a search)I remember a member found a replacement gasket that worked really well. I think a couple of other members gave it a try also and had good luck with it-----the only thing is I don't remember where the damn post is----sorry.

I would most def look into it. I’ve had mine fixed 3 times now. Headliner stained. If I wanted to be a **** I’m sure I can ask for headliner replacement. If it happens for 4th time I’m gonna be a ****. I deserve the ****! Wait.... that came out wrong

Went full redneck on the rack today. Needed something to protect my yaks when I load them up and something to give a little grip to keep them from sliding. Couple old mountain bike tires and a whole lot of zip ties. Should hold up better than the pool noodles we were gonna use and its Gluten free, hypo allergenic, vegan, and environmental friendly! 576338df3323bfbede4b8fb1d1a3730e.jpgc9be3b165a39589eac943a7455dfabc6.jpg
