Be careful not to over tighten with that impact gun. Snap a bolt and you’ll be cursing yourself for it.

Those were all hand tightened & torqued.

Thank you. No, I haven’t had any problems at all with it off. I took it off to install the Vararam intake.

Did my first oil change today since I’ve owned her used Mobil 1 5-20 extended performance. Always been a Mobil 1 guy

That sucks man!! Horrible.
Why the new engine?

251k on the old one. Finally went on me. Bored 30 over and domed pistons. Went from a 5.7 to a 6.1 and upped the compression to 11:1. Also did a Greene racing .5 HL v2 thump cam. I’m loving it so far.

Hopefully going to put another 250k plus on this one too :)

Awesome. I went to school through the Combat Zone as well back in the day. Trade/high school as well here. Wasn't going to college, so I took up a trade.
What school did you go to?

Yeah,....I read that it was pretty crazy.
Stay safe!

Sure was! Supposed to get rained on pretty hard tonight and tomorrow too. Lol.

Took it up to the in laws to help clean up after the ice storm. They got over 1/4" ice and 12" of wet snow that settled to about 8"-10" wet heavy junk. I got absolutely nothing, and it's only 45 mins north of me. Haven't seen it this bad since sandy and Irene hurricanes. Truck took a beating from ice falling off the trees, somehow didn't lose my windshield. Definitely taking the jeep tomorrow now that the ice is off the roads. This truck earns it's keep for sure.

Snow made for a nice scenic ride, even though the 45 min ride took me 2 hrs. 20191203_110359.jpg20191203_110411.jpg

That's what the Hamilton Ontario area looked like after the ice storm.

It looks beautiful from a distance. Once you get close it's insane. Taking the jeep back down there today. Ram is too big to fit under the down trees and wires I constantly have to dodge.

Ran a creek bed yesterday for an upcoming run. I was told “your big truck won’t fit trough there”. So I wanted to check it out before I backed up 15 Jeeps lolololol. Shocker..... I made it. I even busted my dad out of the house for a bit.

22hemi13 - I agree with Pull Ya.

Wayne E - Am I seeing correctly and you drove your truck on to a frozen lake? If so you have done something I've wanted to do for years now.

As for me I've just been driving it. :sleepy:

Since there was 3 days of not going anywhere because all of the roads being closed, i dug up my GoPro3 and had some "fun" when the roads were all opened up again. Normally the dirt road is a double-wide. They had to use a front end loader and only cut the width a bucket width.

The first storm I got stuck at work with closed roads. This is prior shoveling to get the truck in the garage.

Then the second storm that afternoon, 65 mph sustained and a 5ft drifts that is even with the elevated desk's bottom.

The second storm is what "country land" locked us for 3 days.
