Followed the boosted motor sports video on LED bed lights. They are great and work off the cargo light. Very clean setup.

I am going to do that but tap into the existing bed LED lights ... I wonder if it will cause any errors with the canbus system if I do ...

This week, I got a used age badly damaged leather steering wheel with audio controls, repaired the leather to almost new, and installed it.
Also took the harsh sounding jbl 3.5" speakers out of my dash age replace with 3.5" kenwood excelons... So much clearer and beautiful sound. Can't wait until I get my kicker key on them bi-amped.
Ordered morimoto mini H1 8.0 projectors to do a retrofit into my quads, will be so much nicer than the LEDs in there now.
Picked up a set of 17" steel rims, now to order a set of dedicated winter tires for them.

Bought some corrosionfree otherwise known as rust cure 3000. Went ham at the chasis. Probably unloaded 3L or so.

Cleaned and polished the front bumper and grill, also the rear bumper. Used spray wheel cleaner and a "00" steel wool pad to get all of the grime off. Then sprayed window cleaner on then followed up with a polish with a micro-fiber towel. They look great!
Also had the 2 new key FOB's programmed to the truck by a local locksmith. He also gave me the pin code (Total $90). I received the 2 spare tonneau covers in the mail. So I now have 3 sets of fobs/keys that work. Still waiting on a few brake parts.

I put a new tailgate seal on, and did the active shutter delete, only I just took the middle slats out vs the metal clip thing I've seen mentioned. Took all of 30 seconds to remove the slats. I pried from the middle and they popped right out.

So the cool thing about two piece wheels is you can take them apart to clean them or as in my case apply ceramic coating and install titanium wheel bolts.
The ****** part is actually taking them apart.
This was a two day project. 35 bolts per wheel. Every single one was locktite'd so they fought me every single step.
Had to be super careful not to scratch the barrels so no power tools.
I'll not be doing this again any time soon.

Replacing the steel wheel bolts with these grade 5 titanium bolts. Saving 2 pounds/wheel.

I appreciate the feedback @Rado.
The comments you guys put my YouTube channel is what keeps me going. A lot of positive feedback. a few haters but I've always been told, if you don't have haters, you're not doing it right.
I'm glad my videos are useful to you guys.
Thanks brother.

Yeah brother. You’re inspiring me to possibly start uploading videos on my mods. I’ll probably start within the next few weeks. Thanks for answering my question as well (RamsLakers4Life). I’m holding out for the promo code on the shirt.:peace:

Good morning to you all!
I dropped a video in here last Saturday about the LED fog light upgrade. Some of you guys had questions about output and alfaOBD.
So I put out another visual video yesterday on those answers.
Hope this is useful for some of you.
Have a good weekend stay safe guys!

Had my factory exhaust tips removed and had new slant/double wall ones in place in SS. 4.5" outlet, 2.5" inlet (shop welded an adapter for the 2.25" inlet), 9" long. I had bought Magnaflow 35121 initially but they're 7" in lenght and would not have fitted in place of the factory ones without extending them, so my shop hooked me up with longer and a little wider outlet ones.

The smaller one in the pic is one of the Magnaflows i had bought to replace the factory ones, 2.25" inlet, 4" outlet, 7" lenght, SS

I forgot to ask the shop for the brand on the ones they fitted, i'll assume some sort of generic ones as i don't see any markings, but they're stainless steel, 2.5" inlet, 4.5" outlet, 9" lenght.

My wife's Explorer will get the Magnaflows instead :)
