What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

I did that at a Pizza place a long time ago. Sitting there holding my two pizzas in each hand while looking through the window seeing my keys in the ignition with the vehicle still running was a heart stopping moment. Sure enough the doors were locked too. I asked a delivery guy for a tire iron and smashed out the small back window (it was a 90's Delta 88). Luckily I had a piece of plexiglass that was close to the same thickness, so that went in and stayed until the car died.

The most irritating part of it all, i was leaning in the cab when my elbow hit the lock button on my keys sitting on the center console. I heard it but because 99.999% of the time when i exit the truck, my keys go directly on my belt loop. So i heard it lock, without thinking, i exited anyway and shut the door. I sat there stairing blankly for a min while i realized what i had just done.

That had to be rough. That's happened to me too, the elbow on the lock thing, but after having a mini-heart attack I checked and my keys were in my pocket.

With a spare Ram key in the house, spare house key in the garage, and the garage access code in my head, I have it all covered now. I think... lol

Dropped big blue off at the shop to have my rear bumper fixed after the New Year’s Eve fender bender. Ordered a tailgate assist. Now I’m debating on which rock lights to order. Any suggestions???

Took out my cloudy backup cam dried it up and nothing...still cloudy lol

But at least I finally got the led projector headlights and led fogs to finally work using alpha obd

Did a much needed interior cleanup. Major mess from a muddy site and piles of junk accumulating in the back seats.
feels good getting in it now!

also just did a ballast change on an HID. 20 minutes flat in the dark. A new personal best

Got locked out at best buy. Was already having a bad day, kids were freaking out like we were going to be stuck forever blah blah so i just grabbed a rock and took out the R/P side window.

Safelight wanted something $500 for parts and service. Like $200 if i wanted to install myself.

Luckly i found replacement glass with factory tint on amazon for $80.

I've been on the fence about color matching the silver on mine. This settled it. As soon as the weather cooperates I'll give it a go.

Oh i didnt throw it. Didnt want to risk a dent AND a broken window. Ill tell you what though, im a big guy and it took 6 hard as i could hits before it exploded. Ram 1 Cybertruck 0

Flares are also eBay specials. They have 3M tape on the back but I plan to paint them in the spring so in the meantime, mind the gap.

Picked up a set of 20x10s on 38x13.5s on Marketplace. Had to throw em on for $hits. Surprisingly fit much better than expected, I’d imagine the trimming wouldn’t be terrible. Not like a Chevy, you’d probably have the hack half way down the front doors.
