It's hard to tell for sure but that looks like it consists of four shocks (er, front struts, rear shocks) and four springs.
You can run it as complete, how much more you add depends on how perfect you want your results.
If you're DIY installing I strongly recommend the Thuren nuts.. may not seem like a big deal but they make life so much easier.
You will need a means of compressing the springs, and the ones for rent at autozone (or Canadian equivalent) are not good enough for this they're death traps on truck springs.
This one works well but you have to disassemble it first, grease the threads, then reassemble it and only use hand tools never any power or impact driver.
It will be necessary to cannibalize your existing front struts to use the upper strut mount and sleeve from that on the new struts.
If you're going for more than 2" up front it's advisable to get new upper control arms. I can vouch for the Readylift ones, mine have been awesome so far and the new ones have better bushings.
