what gasket for timing chain cover 04 4.7

need gasket , the one that came off was all metal, the one i ordered was 2 o-rings and the odd shaped 1 for top where water flows and 2 tubes of rtv sealant????? I went to dealer and no help from them. will an 03 gasket set work ? and can anyone give instructions on how to install them. thanks.

04 4.7 head ground strap.

had heads done and they are going back on now . what i cannot find where the ground strap that goes from to heads goes to. it was broken off. I checked many sites and got many different answers. someone have one that can check ? thanks
