I rolled down my window and when I tried to roll it back up it sounded like it was crushing rocks and stopped. I pulled the door panel off to find the plastic piece on the top of the metal bracket in the center of the door broken (see attached photos), Is it possible to replace the plastic piece? If so what is it called? 20201111_154326.jpg 20201111_153303.jpg or do I have to purchase the entire assembly and if I have to get the assembly what is it called?

You might be able to replace just that side track if the tension wire is still intact, but I'd take it to a glass shop vs the dealer.

Mine doesn't look like that, It has only one metal bracket in the center with a guide wire that runs from the regulator up and around the broken piece at the top of the metal bracket. The window sits in a small bracket that's centered on the window at the bottom
