Hello All,

I was messing around with my truck today pulling peices off and cleaning them. when i came to the A piller i took it off and came across these wires.
what are they for?

I have the same plug, however mine has something plugged into it.

I believe that may be for the Sirius radio, but I may be wrong.

hmm, is it only on the passenger side? Could be sirius like Tyler said. The factory sirius tuner is located somewhere behind the glove box I believe.

I thought it was for Clearance lights, every cab has the plug, not every truck has the lights.

I have factory Sirius and factory clearance lights and I didn't take apart the driver side yet I'll be doing that tomorrow it started to rain so I stoped working on the truck.

Can't be, he's got clearance lights. Didn't notice that earlier. Maybe it's for the factory sun roof. Do you have one of those?? I have one and all my wires run up the passenger A-pillar.

Actually now that I think about it, I've got wires going up both pillars. Maybe one's for the sun roof and one's for the Information Center...

Thats very strange, all of the wiring for my dome light and map light runs up the left piller. I would know since I tapped into the courtesy lights when adding LEDS.

I have that plug and its plugged into something. My only guess is sirius as I dont have clearance lights nor a sunroof.
