If any one in Texas prefers chrome and happens to have white bumpers and/or mirrors I’m game to trade. I do not like chrome one bit but wanted the Laramie features. Just throwing it out there

I'd prefer the power ones as well. Too bad in the spring and fall I deal with daytime mud and night time freezing. That combo tends to temporarily cement them into whatever position they were in when it freezes. Usually up. Luckily other guys have learned this the hard expensive way so I didn't have to. If not for that I'd have them. They come down lower than the regular ones and raise up for ground clearance so to me they're better if not for that.I wish I could take my side steps off, but my wife needs them. I know that I can order the oem powered ones, but I’m waiting to see what AMP offers us first.
Is your truck maximum steel metallic? I would like to either paint or wrap or even dip my chrome front and rear bumpers, but I want to make sure that the color matches, yours look pretty close.

As with all things in life, the answer lies somewhere in the middle. A healthy mix of both.
